Becoming Me' presents a way of looking at life and the meaning of existence, based on timeless spiritual insights. Showing how we are all part of something greater, the author guides the reader to experience a connection with all things and one another.

He has trained in transpersonal psychology with Dr Stanislav Grof and lectures and leads workshops around the world. He now lives in Dublin where he writes plays, and directs the Temenos project, dedicated to developing the transformational potential of theatre.
