"Chalk Doll" by Frane Lessac tells the poignant story of a young girl who discovers the power of imagination and creativity through the art of drawing. Living in a vibrant community, she uses chalk to transform ordinary surfaces into expressive canvases that bring together her neighborhood. As she invites others to contribute their stories through their own drawings, the girl learns about friendship, diversity, and the strength of community.
