Based on Homer's epic poem, The Odyssey, this play centres on the hero's son, Telemachus, and his quest to find his lost father.Telemachus was only a year old when Odysseus left to fight in the Trojan wars, leaving his wife, Penelope, behind. Years later, the war is over and Telemachus and Penelope expect Odysseus to return. When he does not, Penelope's suitor, Eurymachus, determines to take Odysseus's place. To stop him,Telemachus must find his father and bring him home.
