When a thunderstorm booms in the distance, Norman Mail Pigeon arrives with a sweetly-scented invitation addressed to Eric Seagull, Rock-Face Nest, at St Mary's Bay, Brixham, in not-so-sunny South Devon, the herring gull finds himself in all sorts of bother. Leaving his small best friend and housemate Herbie the white mouse behind, he zooms off to Fishcombe Cove to visit Fairy Bluebelle. He avoids a sky disaster and has a brief meeting with cave spider Charlie Longlegs. Magic tickles appear, and Fairy Bluebelle finally makes her wish. Eric can't fly, sleeps beneath the stars on the beach, and misses his deadline to write about his adventures for 'The Brixham Times' newspaper! Whatever will happen next?

This book features in the following series: Adventures Of Eric Seagull Story Teller, The Adventures Of Eric Seagull Stories-Teller .

Caz Greenham lives near the ocean in a beautiful part of England, not far from where she first got inspired to write about a quirky herring gull she named Eric Seagull. Book 1: The Mysterious Sea Creatures and Book 2: A Fairy's Wish feature in book-trailers on YouTube and receive views from across the world. Eric Seagull's books have travelled by plane to New Zealand, on a ferry to France, across the ocean to West Virginia, Texas, and more recently Greece. The Christmas Circus is third in this series, and there are plans for a special Christmassy book-trailer.
