She is also a presenter at numerous state, national and international conferences in health and home economics. She is involved in national curriculum development including writing health and home economics material. Chrissy Collins is a Health and Food Technology teacher at Greensborough College. She has written and presented professional development workshops for teachers on Health Education with a focus on ICT, multimedia, student motivation and engagement in the health classroom. Sally Lasslett has been teaching Health for over 10 years and currently teachers at Essendon Keilor College.
