Thandi needs new shoes but she knows they cost a lot of money. After thinking fora while, she goes to her grandmother, who helps plan a wayto get the money with a little bit of help from Nosipho, Thandi's doll,and Pepi, her pet rooster. Along the way, Thandi learns that gentle persuasion is sometimes bestand that with the help of friends, everything is possible.
