Provides everything you need to plan, teach and assess the daily maths lesson from Reception to Key Stage 2. The lesson plans can also be used in any order, to fit in with the school's own scheme of work. The lessons focus on assessing the key objectives in a daily maths lesson context, with oral and mental starters, direct (Teacher-led) assessment, and plenary. Additional recorded activities are provided in the accompanying 'Maths Review Workbook'. The lesson plans bring in the use of probing questions, designed to elicit information about pupils' misconceptions.
