Snuffles is a bear whose house is always filled with friends and neighbours. When Percy moves in next door, Snuffles invites him over to meet everyone. But Percy doesn't want to come. Is he being unfriendly or just very shy? It takes a bear as gentle and understanding as Snuffles to find out.
