Carla Jablonski is a novelist, performer, and playwright. Her most recent books Thicker than Water and Silent Echoes were selected for the New York Public Libraries "Books for the Teen Age" list. Emily Bird has been an English teacher for over ten years and an AQA examiner for four years. A former head of English, she currently works at a school in Sussex that specialises in teaching pupils with learning difficulties.
