Fred can't understand what is going on. Normally Fran and he do lots of things together. But today Fran is ignoring him - and is doing all sorts of fun things like painting, sticking, and cutting shapes out of paper. Why won't she let him join in? But Fran has a special plan for Fred that will reassure him that he really is her best friend! This is a heart-warming story about this special duo.
