When a spirited little girl named Ruthie Bon Bair refuses to dry her wet hair before bedtime, she is plagued by an unusual host of difficulties - plants and flowers begin to sprout from her scalp, resulting in hilarious consequences. Escalating to a dizzying climax, Ruthie and friends attempt to control the growing vegetation in her hair, but not without some surprising results...
