It's crunch time for Florence and Arnold! Florence, a small and determined girl, and Arnold, her faithful toy monkey, have reached the bottom of the biscuit tin. With the aid of Florence's paints and her dressing-up box, the two friends come up with a series of imaginative ways to make her see sense.
