Science Scope: Physics is one of three books in a series of KS3 science texts aimed at teachers who choose to teach this key stage as three separate subject disciplines. The books are aimed at middle-ability students (around NC levels 5-6), but will contain all the material needed for pupils to reach the highest levels. The higher level text is separated out from the body of the text, so that teachers can ensure that they are teaching only what their pupils need. The books will also include all the material needed for pupils to complete their Common Entrance 13+ exam.

This book is part of a book series called Science Scope .

This book is suitable for Key Stage 3. KS3 covers school years 7, 8 and 9, and ages 12-14 years. A key stage is any of the fixed stages into which the national curriculum is divided, each having its own prescribed course of study. At the end of each stage, pupils are required to complete standard assessment tasks.
