Based on the popular song, "The Twelve Days of Christmas", this story is about New York City. A small group of multi racial students have won a trip to the city, accompanied by a teacher. They scour the city, from the Statue of Liberty to Times Square, from Chinatown to Central Park, and discover what makes NYC a great place. The book includes a map of places to see when you visit.
