BLAKE HOENA has written numerous children's books, including two previous titles in this series: National Geographic Kids Everything Dinosaurs and National Geographic Kids Everything Mythology . Blake Hoena grew up in central Wisconsin, where he wrote stories about robots conquering the moon and trolls lumbering around the woods behind his parents house. He now lives in St. Paul, Minnesota, with his wife, two kids, a dog, and a couple of cats. Blake continues to make up stories about things like space aliens and superheroes, and he has written more than 70 chapter books and graphic novels for children. Paul Fisher-Johnson graduated with a degree in Illustration from Swindon College's School of Art and Design. His work has been published more than 70 times and includes book covers, internal illustration, and corporate greeting cards. Paul illustrates in both color and black-and-white with a special strength for figurative work. He currently lives near Bristol, England, with his three children and spends his spare time writing music to perform with his band.
