LOUISE CONWAY worked as a librarian for 10 years before pursuing her passion for children's illustration. She holds a BA in Graphic Design and has drawn ever since she was a child. She currently lives in Herefordshire, England. Peter Bently has written lots of fiction for young children and especially enjoys writing about animals.
