Pamela Duncan Edwards grew up in the Wirral, but has spent most of her adult life in the USA. She worked as a children's librarian before becoming a writer and is now the bestselling author of over 30 children's books, including for Macmillan: I'M BIG ENOUGH NOW (978-0-333-99049-0) TEDDY BEAR HIDE-AND-SEEK (978-0-230-01442-8) and CATCH THAT KITTEN (978-0-333-96445-3). This is her second collaboration with illustrator, Deborah Allwright. Barbara Nascimbeni is the popular illustrator of the picture books SMALL BROWN DOG'S BAD REMEMBERING DAY (0 333 74539 6), ARCHIE HATES PINK (0 333 90082 0) and RUDE MULE (0 333 96017 3). She has illustrated two sets of board books for Macmillan and her books have been sold into ten countries.
