Bee Johnson, a Brooklyn-based artist, has created the stylish illustrations. Nikki Gamble is a lecturer, writer and directs the Write Away education consultancy. She is an evaluator for the Literature Matters project which aims to promote children's literature in initial teacher training courses. Teresa Heapy writes stories and non-fiction books for children. She also writes and material to support teachers and parents, and gets lots of ideas from her three young children! Anna Claybourne has been a writer and editor of children's non-fiction for over eight years.
