Catherine Walters lives in Halifax with her husband and three children. She has written and illustrated a number of books for Little Tiger Press and is best known for her creation of Alfie Bear. Anne Mangan was born in London, and migrated with her family to Australia when she was two. She is currently employed as a social worker in country Victoria, where she lives with her family.
