Petra Brown lives at the foot of Mount Snowdon near the little Ffestiniog railway, in the beautiful country of North Wales, United Kingdom. When she was a child, she used to love to look through books and draw the pictures herself. Now she finds that illustrating children's books is immensely satisfying. You can visit her at PetraB. co. uk. Louie Stowell (Author) Louie Stowell started her career writing carefully-researched books about space, Ancient Egypt, politics and science but eventually lapsed into just making stuff up. She likes writing about dragons, wizards, vampires, fairies, monsters and parallel worlds. She lives in London with her wife Karen, her dog Buffy and a creepy puppet that is probably cursed. Peter Martin has developed a wide knowledge of Biblical history during his many years working in religious education. His years as a parent as well as a teacher make him able to bring his expertise in this field within reach of young readers. He acted as an advisor on The Bible in Its Time, also from Lion Children's Books. Simona Bursi has a diploma from the Istituto d'Arte di Urbino, where she has studied applied arts and animated film. She has also done an illustration course directed by illustrator Giacinto Gaudenzi. Simona has worked in the cartoon industry, but since 2008 has been a freelance illustrator.
