"TICTAC 8" delivers the requirements for Year 8 of the Key Stage 3 ICT National Strategy Framework for teaching ICT capability, and those of each subjects' programme of study or framework simultaneously. It offers links to the DfES sample teaching units for ICT. In each unit, Framework objectives are applied, in a carefully chosen subject-specific context, ensuring lessons deliver subject learning, alongside the required ICT. The resources include: lesson plans, activity sheets, answers, help guides, and data files - everything you need to plan and deliver ICT across the curriculum with ease.

This book is suitable for Key Stage 3. KS3 covers school years 7, 8 and 9, and ages 12-14 years. A key stage is any of the fixed stages into which the national curriculum is divided, each having its own prescribed course of study. At the end of each stage, pupils are required to complete standard assessment tasks.
