She has illustrated many books by well-known Australian authors, including Madeline the Mermaid, Pirate Trouble for Wiggy + Boa, and Dead Sailors Don't Bite by Anna Fienberg. Christine Harris lives in a small English village with her husband, Peter, who also is a writer. This is her first picture book.
