She posts a drawing of her family life on her blog every night after the children have gone to sleep, covering everything from holidays to pets, and tantrums to camping. Angie's enthusiasm for drawing developed in childhood and she went on to study illustration at the University of Westminster. She lives in Swansea with her husband, three children, a cat and Bonny the dog.

A cute story two mothers separately taking their children on a trip to the beach, when they bump into each other. It sweetly shows the fun had between mother and child, and the love mothers have for their children. The illustrations are simple, yet beautiful, and just perfect for a picture board book. Delightful to both children and adults, Angie Stevens' illustrations are works of art that would look great on your wall. The slow rhythm and rhyme of the short, sharp sentences of the story will keep very young children attentive, as they listen to their Mummy or Daddy's voice reading them the story. A really sweet story that would be great for young toddlers! Once Upon a Bookcase The illustrations are really simple and nice and it is a great book to sit and read with Little Miss A as it is not too long and holds her attention throughout. mummyoftwo.com The book is an absolutely charming board book which both my boys loved reading, and the illustrations are delightful! goriamifamily.blogspot.co.uk My Mummy Says is a lovely picture book which shows all the wonderful things that Mum's do to create a magical day for their little ones. We can recommend this book and I think it would make a lovely gift to share for Mother's Day too. over40andamumtoone.com Organised, spontaneous, playful or kind everyone is different. I am definitely the mummy who says 'I think I know where we are!' but what it all boils down to is the love shared between parent and child. The text flows beautifully and it is a pleasure to read. It is wonderfully illustrated by Angie Stevens. The padded hardback copy was a delight to my little boy, he enjoyed turning the pages and squeezing the cover. mojomums.co.uk Reassuring, timeless and full of warmth and humour, this inspirational story teaches youngsters about the joy of sharing, family, friendship and adventure, and includes emotions, dialogue and events recognisable to most small children.
