Ellie helps her Grandpa make a garden on the balcony of his tall house, but Grandpa's garden in the sky is too high and the wind blows the seedlings over. One night Ellie visits the wind garden where she finds inspiration to create a spinning, shimmering, swinging rooftop garden.
