Andy Parker was born in 1967 in Woking, Surrey and has been drawing almost non stop since he could hold a crayon. After attending college in the mid eighties he worked as a graphic designer, but by the early nineties his love of drawing and a growing interest in computer graphics took over and he decided to embark on a freelance career in illustration. He became one of the first illustrators in the UK to 'go digital' and since then has enjoyed great success producing illustrations for children's books, magazines, advertising, games and publishing in general. He now lives in Hampshire with his long-suffering wife, son, cat, dogs, chickens and goldfish
