Trinidad and Tobago Primary Mathematics has been developed by a team of dedicated educators from Trinidad and Tobago, in order to meet the specific needs of the integrated curriculum. The authors of this new course are all experts in their field, and some have many years of experience in teaching primary mathematics in Trinidad and Tobago.

For each of the two infant years (Infant Year I and Infant Year 2) there is a colourful Pupil's Book, which uses familiar examples from daily Caribbean life.

Features of the Pupil's Book for Infant Year I are:

- Practical, hands-on lessons to introduce topics and encourage investigation of concepts

- Literacy support in the form of activities which develop reading, writing, speaking and listening skills

- How much have you learned? pages, which can be used for formal assessment, allowing teachers to assess how well children are coping with new concepts and evaluate which areas need more attention

- Teacher instructions at the bottom of each page, giving clear instructions for the activity on each page, and suggested questions to promote learning

This book is aimed at children in primary school.

There are 96 pages in this book. This book was published 2008 by Hodder Education .
