Following the immense success of Close Reading 11-14, this Non-Fiction text has been written to provide further close reading exercises, specifically when dealing with non-fictional text. This text provides 15 extracts from a wide variety of publications with accompanying interpretation/comprehension-type questions.

Each chapter also features a section which focuses upon a particular language feature from the passage, giving further explanation as well as practice exercises on that aspect of language.
