Carl Mehling (Consultant Editor) is the Collections Manager for Fossil Reptiles, Amphibians and Birds at the American Museum of Natural History, New York. Andra Serlin Abramson is the author of Fighter Planes UP CLOSE (9781402747960) and Submarines UP CLOSE (9781402747977), among others. Mordecai-Mark Mac Low is a curator at the American Museum of Natural History in the department of Astrophysics. Andra Serlin Abramson has written dozens of children's book including six books in the Up Close Series for Sterling. Jason Brougham has been an Exhibit Preparator at the American Museum of Natural History since 1998. He is an anatomical sculptor and has appeared in Natural History and Discover magazines. Carl Mehling has been at the American Museum of Natural History for twenty years and is currently collections manager for the world's largest collection of dinosaur fossils.
