Are pears purple? No, of course they aren't - but all the playful questions and correct answers in this book are a great way to introduce and involve very young children in learning about colours. Books like this can be shared even with small babies, as the bold and colourful high-contrast images and eye-catching foil are perfectly designed to capture their interest. As they get older they will enjoy putting their fingers through the die-cut holes and start to appreciate the humour in the text. These first books are sparkly and stylish, but most of all, fun!
