Oliver Postgate, along with his colleague Peter Firmin, created many hours of children's television throughout the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. They include "The Clangers", "Noggin the Nog", "Ivor the Engine" and many more. Oliver Postgate was the writer and narrator, and Peter Firmin produced the artwork and puppets. Heather Amery has written many children's books and is particularly well known for her collaborations with the illustrator Stephen Cartwright Karen Bryant-Mole is an experienced author and editor. She has written many children's information books.
