Some of Allan Morey's favorite childhood memories are from the time he spent on a farm in Wisconsin. Everyday he saw cows, chickens, and sheep. He even had a pet pig named Pete. He developed a great appreciation of animals, big and small. Allan currently lives in St Paul with his family and dog, Ty, who keeps him company while he writes children's books. Galia Bernstein was born and raised in Israel until she moved to New York to study design. She worked as a textile print artist and later as a senior designer and then art director. Based in Brooklyn, she is now a freelance illustrator.
