Suzanne Garbe is the author of several nonfiction children's books. When not writing, Suzanne works with nonprofit organizations working to reduce poverty in communities around Minnesota. In 2013, she volunteered with the team that put together the largest Lite-Brite picture in history. Her jeans are still splattered with the extra strong glue they used to keep the Lite-Brite pegs in place. Amie Jane Leavitt is an accomplished author and photographer who loves to travel the globe in search of interesting story ideas and beautiful places to capture in photos. Amie has written nearly 50 books for children. She graduated from Brigham Young University as an education major and has since taught all subjects and grade levels in both private and public schools. She also has contributed to online and print media, and has worked as a consultant, writer, and editor for numerous educational publishing and assessment companies. Some of Allan Morey's favorite childhood memories are from the time he spent on a farm in Wisconsin. Everyday he saw cows, chickens, and sheep. He even had a pet pig named Pete. He developed a great appreciation of animals, big and small. Allan currently lives in St Paul with his family and dog, Ty, who keeps him company while he writes children's books.
