Alison Hutchison has worked in a variety of Early Years settings during her 19 years of teaching, and plans teaching and learning for 0-7 year olds. She has held positions with a local authority to devise and deliver training to up-skill practitioners in aspects of Early Years teaching. Within her current role, Alison worked with practitioners and parents across the school to develop a maths home learning library. This included 25 take-home games and activities for each age and stage in the school with resources and instructions, as well as ideas for further development. Having spent many years in the classroom as a teacher and head teacher Alistair Bryce-Clegg is now a highly successful Early Years consultant. He works alongside practitiners in a diverse range of settings helping to develop approaches to environment and planning, and teaching that really engages children in the learning process.
