Ben is feeling hurt after being called racist names. He is comforted by a kindly stranger who tells him the story of a young man called Martin who had to put up with similar abuse. We hear the story of how he embarked on various campaigns and peace marches that made him famous thorughout the country. Ben then goes with his father to a big rally in Washington DC and is surprised to see his friend, the man who comforted him, is in fact Martin Luther King.
