Michael Lynch is currently a lecturer in the School of Historical Studies at the University of Leicester. The presenter of "Word of Mouth" on BBC Radio 4, he received the Eleanor Farjeon Award for services to children's literature in 1997. He lives in London. Gabriel Rosenstock is an Irish writer. A member of Aosdana, he is a poet, haikuist and translator. Born in Kilfinane, County Limerick, he currently resides in Dublin. Kevin Waldron is an Irish illustrator. His first picture book Mr Peek and the Misunderstanding at the Zoo won the Bologna Ragazzi Award Opera Prima Award in 2009. Tiny Little Fly won the 2011 Bull-Bransom Award for excellence in the field of children's book illustration with a focus on nature and wildlife. Kevin was also chosen for a Booktrust Best New Illustrators Award in 2011. He is a member and former chairman of the Illustrators Guild of Ireland. His work has appeared in many newspapers and magazines in Ireland and abroad including The Irish Times, the Sunday Tribune, Magill and The Dubliner, and he has illustrated a number of books and advertising campaigns. Alan Nolan lives and works in Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland. He has written and illustrated many books and comics for children and grown-ups, including Fintan's Fifteen, Conor's Caveman and the Murder Can Be Fatal series.
