Father Bear had a BIG voice. Mother Bear had a middle-sized voice. Baby Bear had a tiny little voice. You could only just hear it.The pages of this collection of favourite first tales are filled with bright, warm illustrations. The text is large and easy to follow, the characters have witty asides in speech bubbles and all the stories are told with originality and humour. The Three Bears arrive home to find Goldilocks causing mayhem in their house and the Three Little Pigs learn the importance of good building materials. This volume has lots that children will enjoy listening to and reading along with. An ideal gift.Stories featured are "The Little Red Hen", "The Three Little Pigs", "The Gingerbread Man", "Goldilocks and the Three Bears" and "The Three Billy Goats Gruff".
