Dan Andreasen has illustrated more than twenty-five books for children, including The Treasure Bath, A Baker's Dozen, and Firebears: The Rescue Team . Dan lives in Medina, Ohio, with his family. Jon Agee attended The Cooper Union School of Art in New York City, where he studied painting and film-making. A full-time author, he lives with his wife in San Francisco. Jon is the author/illustrator of many acclaimed books for children including It's Only Stanley, a Boston Globe-Horn Book Honor winner. Terrific and Milo's Hat Trick between them have won New York Times Ten Best Illustrated Books, ALA Notable Book, Horn Book Fanfare, PW Best Books of the Year, Book Sense Top Ten Pick and LA Times Best Children's Picture Books Miami Herald Top Ten. Roger Lea MacBride, a close friend of Rose Wilder Lane's, was the author of the Rose Years novels. The late Roger Lea MacBride, Rose Wilder Lane's adopted grandson, was the author of Little House on Rocky Ridge, Little Farm in the Ozarks, In the Land of the Big Red Apple, and On the Other Side of the Hill, and the editor of West From Home: Letters of Laura Ingalls Wilder, San Francisco 1915, and Rose Wilder Lane: Her Story. He was also an active participant in the creation of the television shows Little House on the Prairie and Young Pioneers. David Gilleece is the illustrator of all of the Rocky Ridge series titles. He lives in Point Pleasant, PA.
