This is a practical classroom resource that provides structured activities for all the requirements of the National Curriculum for music in primary schools. It has been designed for use as either an ideas bank or as a core music resource and for every class teacher, whatever their experience and knowledge of music. It may be used just as effectively by schools not following the National Curriculum. It is a visual resource for developing music skills with juniors and includes singing and playing; building notational skills and prompting wide ranging discussion about music.
