Pimlada Phuapradit is an illustrator and surface pattern designer based in Thailand. She studied textile design at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and worked as a knitwear and surface pattern designer in Bangkok. Her love for drawing led her to pursue further training in figurative and narrative arts. She received an MFA in Illustration as Visual Essay from the School of Visual Arts. Pimlada's work is inspired by decorative details and the organic process of sketching.
