Great for age 3-6 years
Mabel and her grandfather sat in the garden with the evening shadows lengthening around them. From her seat on the swing she tells him one last story before going to bed. Mabel, who is very practical, explains to her grandfather exactly how she and her friends, Horner and Pinter, build a flying machine and set out on a journey to visit the King of the Snow. This is a truly magical story which Jenny Koralek and John Lawrence have created full of warmth, humour and imagination.
