Great for age 4-9 years
This Halloween, Timmy wants things to be different. He's tired of all the fake stuff. So he wishes for things to be real -- especially his lame toilet paper mummy costume. The only problem is that when everyone's costumes become real, Halloween becomes real scary. Timmy decides that a "fake" Halloween isn't so bad, but can Cosmo and Wanda return Halloween to the way it used to be?
