John Aggs is a British comic book artist who started out in webcomics, and in 2007 won the Grand Prize in the TokyoPop Rising Stars of Manga awards. Among his diverse work he has illustrated Philip Pullman's The Adventures of John Blake . Gary Jeffrey, from Clacton on-Sea, Essex, UK, is well-known for his adaptions of biographies and history for comics. Over the course of a decade writing and story boarding these comics he grew to love the medium and became excited by its possibilities.
