Great for age 3-6 years
Topsy and Tim are going to stay for lunch at playgroup for the first time. This means they can have new lunch boxes, and they can bake some cookies to go in them. When it comes to lunchtime they are very curious to see what all the other children have to eat. Miss Maypole explains that they have to leave their leftovers in their lunchbox so their mums can tell what they have eaten. Topsy and Tim enjoy eating from their lunch boxes so much that they ask to stay every day. This fun story reassures children about eating away from home for the first time, and shows what fun it can be to have your own lunchbox!
