Sarah Blakley-Cartwright is twenty-two years old and is a recent graduate of Barnard College, the greatest place on earth. She now lives in New York City and writes in Vancouver, BC. Despite what the book may say, she actually prefers wolves to people. Catherine Hardwicke started in film as a production designer and worked on over 20 films including TANK GIRL, THREE KINGS and VANILLA SKY. Her debut as a co-writer and director was with the Sundance award-winning THIRTEEN. She lives in Venice Beach, California. Johnson's most recent project was writing an original screenplay for the film Red Riding Hood , directed by Catherine Hardwicke. He currently has several projects in development. Little Red Riding Hood
Little Red Riding Hood as told by Charles Perrault tells of the good little girl who divulges to the Big Bad Wolf the location of her grandmother's house in the forest. Wolf eats grandma then lies in wait for Little Red. She arrives and is eaten by the wolf. In later versions of the story Red and her Grandma are saved by the Huntsman who cuts open the wolf and pulls the living, breathing Red and Granny from the wolf's belly.
