J. M. Barrie (1860-1937) was a novelist and playwright, born in Scotland. He is famous for his story of Peter Pan. Patricia Castelao Costa was born in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. She has worked for several animation studios, and has illustrated many books for children and young adults in Portuguese. J. M. BARRIE originally wrote Peter Pan as a play -- its first performance in 1904 met with instant acclaim. Barrie then adapted the play into the 1911 novel Peter Pan and Wendy.
