Great for age 3-6 years
This picture book tells the story of Impo, the worn-out old school bus. One day he goes on a mystery trip and on a particularly steep hill he breaks down. Impo is taken to the scrapyard where the children sadly see him as they pass in a borrowed bus. Then Beryl comes by in her tow-truck and takes Impo back to her garage, where he is turned into a hot rod mean machine. Once again Impo can take the children on their trips and he has pride of place at school.
